Anemone nemorosa is *my* collection of music by Alexander von Ostwestfalen. I lay emphasis on *my*, because if my musical companion compiled this, it would be different. Looking back Alexander von Ostwestfalen sounds like young people searching for their musical identity and like discovering. No vocals, but much fantasy. Constructed, but therefore worth listening. The 4-track recordings are from 1985-1990.
All music composed and played by Christian Hennig and Thorsten Wald (Alexander von Ostwestfalen), together with different guitarists (Bernd Ehlers, Dirk Apel and Roland Zitzke), this release appeared on Hotel Encore in 2005.
